While insurance requirements vary based on the value and duration of the rental, we strongly recommend all commercial renters carry adequate liability and property insurance that specifically covers rental equipment. Regardless of insurance, the customer is fully responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to the equipment from the time it leaves our yard until it is safely returned.

We offer convenient delivery and pickup services for all our rentals (Earthmoving, Trailers, and Material Handling) within the Southern California area for an additional fee. Alternatively, you may pick up and return the equipment yourself, provided your vehicle and trailer meet all the necessary legal and safety requirements for towing the rented unit's weight.

You must be a competent and experienced operator to rent our machinery. While a specific state-issued license is generally not required for operating on private property, by renting, you certify that you and all operators are fully trained in the safe and effective use of the specific equipment (e.g., Mini Excavator or Forklift) and will adhere to all safety guidelines.
