While a specific state-issued license is not typically required for operating heavy equipment on private property, you must be an experienced and competent operator. By renting, you confirm that you and anyone operating the equipment are properly trained and knowledgeable in its safe and effective use. We require renters to review and adhere to all safety warnings and operating procedures provided.
- All Earthmoving rentals (e.g., Skid Steers and Mini Excavators) include a standard-sized bucket in the rental price. Specialty attachments (such as augers, hydraulic hammers, trenchers, or pallet forks) are available for an additional daily charge.
  - To reserve attachments, please specify your requirements when booking your equipment to ensure they are available and mounted upon pickup or delivery.
Site preparation is crucial for safety and efficiency:
- Locate Utilities: Before any digging begins, you must call 811 (Dig Alert) to have all underground utilities (gas, water, power) marked. This is the renter's legal responsibility.
- Access: Ensure clear, stable, and wide enough access for the delivery truck and the equipment itself.
- Clear Debris: Remove any surface debris, large rocks, or obstacles that could impede machine movement or damage the tracks/tires.
